Our events are aimed to provide a supportive, yet professional enviroment to encourage riders to build on their confidence and skills through consistancy in participation.
To help achieve this, we look to provide events that are included within a Series. Each Series will comprise 3 events and include leaderboards, end of series Champions and discounts to loyal competitors who are participating in all 3 events within each Series.
Our Winter Grassroots Eventing Series for 2026 will be held at Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre. A very well know venue to eventers around the state, we believe it's the perfect place to kick start our first Series.
Our aim for this first series is to encourage horses and riders to tackle a BIG venue in a smaller environment. We will be looking to ease riders into it with Event 1 offering slightly easier courses and increasing in difficulty with each following event. Our believe to building confidence is to gradually build on a riders experience and skills, using each event as a steppingstone for the next.

Each Series will have an Overall Series Champion across each Grade being offered. This will include combinations from across both Pony Club and Open Classes.
For a Rider to be eligible for overall Champion they must compete on the same horse, within the same Grade (either PC or Open), at a minimum 2 of the 3 events within each Series. For riders who compete at all 3 events, their points from their best 2 events will be used to determine their overall standing.
At the conclusion of each event we will have leaderboards (top 10 riders) for each Grade available to view.
Scoring of Overall Series Champion will be determined using a specifically designed points-based system that will help allocate points to riders based both on their placings at the end of an event as well as the number of competitors within the section they competed.
